Compliant Condition
These are examples of stormwater flow paths that are properly maintained to remove debris and sediments that would otherwise restrict the flow of stormwater.

Non-Compliant Condition
Paving systems are designed to create stormwater flows that lead to drains and sewers. Debris and sediments building up in the flow path restrict the flow of stormwater and can ultimately contribute to localized flooding. In addition debris and sediment get carried into the storm sewer system and contaminate the stormwater.
