A clarification to Gary Jones' message, quoted below. The text of the RMP
reporting law can be found on Thomas, the US Congress' internet site,
<http://thomas.loc.gov/>, but not easily on <www.senate.com>. The bill
number in the Senate was S.880 and its passed law number is Public Law
106-40. To read the text, either search bills for S.880 or view Public Law 106-
40 within <http://thomas.loc.gov/bss/d106/d106laws.html>
