They really need someone to go into the plant and evaluate
the situation. They may be missing many training programs.

Subject: Applicable Regulations

We met with a printer last week. One of their concerns was whether or =
not they were providing all the necessary regulatory training to their =
workers (e.g. RCRA, OSHA). They are a LQG, so they do provide HAZCOM =
training. However, they just want to make sure nothing is slipping =
through the cracks. If anyone has any suggestions on who to contact =
about this, I would appreciate it.
