One factor to consider is whether you are discharging system air (from the pneumatic transport of trim waste) back into the atmosphere. If your facility can recirculate all of its transport air (after bag house filtration) back into the facility, you may be able to simplify the permitting issue or even eliminate it entirely. There are added advantages to closed-loop recirculation as well. Chiefly, energy savings from not having to condition outside make-up air to the proper temperature and humidity.
