If CFCs or HCFCs were present in inks above a 1% concentration, they should be identified on the MSDSs by the ink supplier. In addition, if the CFCs or HCFCs are considered ozone depleting substances, then according to EPA's regulations, they would have to be labeled as such. However, I am not aware of any ink systems that would contain CFCs or HCFCs.
