I am not sure what specific information you need. Are you interested in the Title V thresholds for permitting or specific companies in Florida that are subject to the Title V permitting program. The threshold question is easier as the Title V thresholds for VOC, NOx, SOx, PM, and CO (which are the pollutants emitted by printers) are 100 tons actual or potential releases. For HAPs, the threshold is 10 TPY for an individual HAP and 25 TPY for all HAPs combined for both actual or potential releases. Potential emissions are to be based on continuous operation at a maximum throughput of material, with no "credit" for downtime or maintenance.

As far as individual printers with Title V or non Title V permit, I have no idea. You will have to contact the FLDEP to determine how many printers have received permits
