that, but here's a few quick shots. I'm pretty sure RI is serious non-
compliance for O3, and yes, they have their own air regs on VOCs, some of
which are pretty strict. However, on the wastewater side, they are even more
rigorous. The Narragansett Bay Commission sets the standards for most
industrial dischargers, and the silver limits are < 1 mg/l. There is also a
solid waste recycling law called OSCAR, which requires that a business have a
recycling plan in place and operation, and provides fines for non-compliance.
