Your request has generated some great response on liability. Very interesting.
Here's my two cents worth. In Montana, after many months of convincing printers
that citrus is the way to go, I got a call from an industrial laundry. He
claimed that a batch of shop towels spontaneously combusted in the back of
a delivery truck because of "these stupid orange peel solvents." He was pretty
upset. He cast new light on the liability issue, since he felt those printers
using citrus were at fault because they never informed him that they switched
solvents. While the whole scenario was almost farcical, it did ignite some
awareness, to say the least.
