Gary, I believe that the costs reported are vastly overestimated. They are more modest for modest installations. Retrofitting UV curing equipment is done on a regular basis. There are many companies now involved in providing such equipment. You can find them listed in the Buyers Guide published in the Jan./Feb. 2000 issue of RadTech Report, page 37. There are also many listings of suppliers for UV curable inks on page 36. You can also find the Buyers Guide on the RadTech Homepage (www.radtech.org) .
