I wanted to pass along the notice I received from ERC about a new OSHA web

OSHA WEBSITE PROVIDES USEFUL INFORMATION ON HAZARDOUS & TOXIC
SUBSTANCES

OSHA's Hazardous & Toxic Substances website
(http://www.osha-slc.gov/SLTC/hazardoustoxicsubstances/index.html)
is designed to provide general information about hazardous and
toxic substances, and then to provide access to more specific
information sources. Link to related technical information sites
like Hazard Communication, Hazardous Waste, and Process Safety
Management. The specific information sources include the Center
for Disease Control's Occupational Health Guidelines for Chemical
Hazards, the NIOSH - Chemical Occupational Safety and Health
Database and OSHA's Health Guides summarizing pertinent
information about chemicals. Other resources include evaluation
tools for assessing hazardous substance concentrations in the
workplace, such as the International Chemical Safety Cards;
compliance directives; information on preventative methods; and
links to specific chemical information such as The Agency for
Toxic Substances and Disease Registry's TOXFAQs, the EPA's
Integrated Risk Information System (IRIS), and OSHA's Chemical
Sampling Information file--data on a large number of chemical
substances that may be encountered in the workplace.
