Just as an FYI, it should be noted that no sheet of stock can be "100%"
covered due to the use of grippers in the feed end process. Depending on the
size, make and model of press there are even some types of presses that limit
the coverage due to blanket cylinder gaps. A more correct phrase would be
producing a "full bleed" for inks or "flood coat" for coatings.

For estimating ink usage, it can sometimes be common to use assume 100%
coverage, but the regulatory agencies will then also consider 100% coverage as
a common ability for printers, causing increased concern for printers.
