The PNEAC web site contains the fact sheet, "Reducing, Reusing, and
Recycling Lithographic Ink Wastes". This information is tailored for the
lithography rather than flexography, but some similarities exist in the
options available. There is also a listing of ink recyclers, one of
which takes flexographic inks, and an ink reblender in Tenessee.

There was a discussion thread on topic of water-based flexographic ink
recycling last month on Printech, (before your subscription address was
