I noticed I misread the exponentials on the last email.

According to the Syracuse Research Corporation, the kOH value for IPA is
5.07 E-12 cm3/molecule-sec, and the kOH value for ethane is 0.268 E-12
cm3/molecule-sec.

So, the kOH for IPA is about twenty times greater than ethane.

For comparison, the kOH value for acetone is 0.219 E-12
cm3/molecule-sec.

As I mentioned before, there may be beter ways to assess ozone formation
potential than comparing kOH values.
