Neil Kolwey from Colorado Dept. of Health and Env. suggested I
contact you with this question.
I have a print shop that uses a developer containing the hazardous air
pollutant diethanolamine. He currently emits 61 pounds per year, and
emitted 107 pounds the year before. If he can get below 50 pounds per
year, he will not have to deal with the air quality regulators at the
state any longer. He has been given six months to demonstrate that he
can achieve this. Do you have any suggestions for how I can help him?
