Greetings! I am posting this message on behalf of a SAIC colleague.
Please reply directly to her at <Tara.B.Vizzi@cpmx.saic.com> or by

A wallcovering manufacturer is looking for water based inks to use on
a vinyl substrate. The company is currently using a water-based ink,
however, the printing process results in an excessively high
(80-100%) opacity level. If the company is unable to find an
alternative ink (or process change), it will have to install air
pollution control equipment that will cost roughly one million
dollars in order to come into compliance. The company is in the
process of testing and evaluating other water based inks. If you
know of any ink vendors or p2 case studies that might help the
company solve its opacity problem, please contact Tara Vizzi at
703-318-4548 (or by email) Thank you very much!
