I just visited the website of the Printer's National Environmental Assistance
Center. I had a question pertaining to one of my clients. This company is a
wallcoverings manufacturer. Is there anyone out there that would want waste
(scrap) printed wallpaper for recycling? I have looked into this previously,
but the company still takes this waste to the local landfill. The substrate
is paper printed with water-based inks. The printing methods are surface,
screen, and flexo. I would appreciate any leads!

More than half (approx. 60%) of the paper does have an adhesive backing and yes, it is purchased directly from the mill.
