Printer wipes are not solvent laden in the sense that printers send out
towels dripping with solvent. Many states require printers to do
something, ie. centrifuge, gravity drip, pass a paint filter test,
before wipes can go out the door. The days of solvent rags leaving
solvent marks across the floor are long gone.

Typically, at least in the screen industry, the solvents used are
acetone, mek, toulene, cyclohexanone, as well as the newer alternative
chemistries that have come on the market.
