Hello,

We need a pointer to information. Specifically, we would like to get
our hands on a list of chemicals used at each stage in the lithography
process. It would be great if it crosslists each of the chemicals
involved by:
trade name,
chemical formula,
CAS number,
chemical name,
common names,
and safety information.

We were thinking that an organization or corporation may have
already organized this information and has it in electronic form.
Does anyone know if this exists in electronic form or will it have to
be pulled together from many sources?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
