According to the Air Pollution Engineering guide that factor applies to
screen printing too. I believe this is solvent and towel practices in
general and not industry specific. Again, keep in mind that all states
don't recognize these factors so you will need to see if they accept them
for permitting purposes.

thanks for explanation of emission factors; will obtain guidance
document ASAP. it was mentioned that a solvent reduction factor of
50% can be used if a shop towel emission minimization practices are
in place; does this reduction option exist for screen printers' shop
towels also? thanks,
