According to NPIRI's Raw Materials Handbook which referenced numerous other
chemistry reference books, the flashpoint of IPA is 12oC (53oF) and the
boiling point is 82oC (180oF). This data is for 100% IPA and the 99% values
should be virtually identical with any differences in the 0.1 or less range
as the boiling point for a 91% IPA pure material is 80oC (177oF).
