I'd be very careful with a baking soda blast in an offset application. The
cleaning application is very different than water based flexo ink. Any
contamination left in the rollers could cause plate blinding and roller
stripping of oil based inks.

I also do not think that baking soda is an effective ink solvent cleaner.
