There are a number of good replacements for the chemicals you refer to. All
are available in bulk and/or concentrates. Some of them are one time use
items but use very small quantities and some can be used in recycling
systems. I would recommend you contact one or more of the following

Chemical Consultants
1850 Wild Turkey Circle
Corona, CA 91720

Intercontinental Chemical Corp
4660 Spring Grove Ave
Cincinnati, OH 45232

Franmar Chemical Corp.
105 E Lincoln #M
Normal, IL 61761

There are some others, but these should be a good start. If you need any
additional info, please let me know.

Subject: solvent alternatives

Hello, I am currently working with a screen printer that prints on vinyl
He uses oil-based inks and heat cures to set the ink. They are using
Camie 480 screen opener from individual aerosol cans to clean the
screens during the run, then Barsol A-2845 to clean screen after use
with a final spray clean of CAmie. Does anyone have suitable
substitutes for these solvents?
i would like to replace both products with one that can be purchase in
bulk and used with refillable pressurized containers and recaptured for
Any suggestions? any and all comments appreciated,
sherry davis
