Regarding odor, is it the odor before or after curing? In screen the
odor is due to partially uncured ink.

The issue of hazardous waste is facility specific. Depends on what is
mixed with the varnish, etc. My recommendation is to test the waste to
see if it meets any of the hazradous waste characteristics.

Hazardous air pollutants -- best bet is to contact your ink
manufacturer. Some are listing HAPS on MSDSs; however, it is best to
make a direct contact.
