There is very little information on solvent retention for flexo, gravure, and screen printing inks. The only reference that addresses this issue is EPA's AP-42 - Compilation of Air Pollutant Emission factors, which has a section for graphic arts. If you look on page 7, you will see a 2-7% retention factor for flexo and gravure. The URL for it is http://www.epa.gov/ttn/chief/ap42/ch04/final/c4s09-1.pdf

Regarding screen inks, there is no data.

Therefore, you need to assume 0% retention. I forgot to mention that the data in AP-42 for flexo and gravure inks reflects solvent based systems. For water-based systems, I have to believe that the retention factor is greater than 2-7%, but I am not aware of any studies that would document a greater level of retention.
