Your question is a bit unclear, but if you are asking if plastic material scrap generated during flexographic printing is recyclable, the general answer to that question is yes. Printed and unprinted plastics can be recycled. The recyclability will depend on the access to recyclers in your area, the volume you generate and they type of plastic.
