Your inquiry to PNEAC regarding pilling of ink of waterless ink was forwarded to the Technical Inquiry Desk. I assume you are talking about ink pilling on the blanket. Try a different blanket, a rougher one with better sheet release. Clean the blankets more frequently during makeready. Try increasing the roller temperature slightly. You may have to contact the ink manufacture regarding the tack of the ink if you can not resolve this problem. Waterless inks are typically higher in tack than regular inks. Light coverage is more difficult to control with any ink, if there is any trim, try take-off bars. Ink-in light, as it is easer to add ink that to wait for it to be used up by the light coverage.
