Spraying a light coating on before reclaiming will reduce hazing, but is not a 100% cure. As the time increases between printing and reclaim, the greater the chance of staining. Dyes are particularly hard to get out. N-methyl pyrrolidinone (NMP) and dibasic esters (DBE) compounds are often used as ink removers.
