Yes there is a color blindness testing procedures. Essentially you present the employee with a set of specially printed color blindness testing cards. If the person cannot see the specific images within the printed card then they are likely color blind for that specific color. Keep in mind some people are only color blind to specific colors while others are color blind to all.
