I am not sure what you are looking to apply microwave technology to (VOC in exhaust air, used cleaning solvents). There is a system called PolyAd from American Purification that uses a fludized bed of polymer adosrbent to remove VOC from exhaust air, microwave regeneration to remove the VOC from the adsorbent, and condensation to recover the desorbed VOC. Another version is called Amerisorb which is used to remove organics from liquid waste streams. See http://www.americanpurification.com/amerisorb.htm
