I trained 2 people per shift and area in Basic First Aid and C.P.R. .Red Cross has classes around the community or will train on site. Not very expensive. We informed our workers that we had to pull all the medications from the first aid kits because our insurance company expressed a concern do to another company being sued because someone took meds out of the firstaid kit and tried to overdose on the meds, in-turn the individual survived and sued the company for allowing access to the medication. We instructed our employees that if they needed medications they would have to supply them themselves. We do allow our Firstaid Responders to have Aspirin incase of a possible heart attack.
