We follow a routine for manage them: 1. We receive the MSDS from our suppliers. 2. The document is translate into spanish (if the supplier is not colombian) 3. We write a new document with object, content and references in order to include it in our ISO14000 document system. This document is revised first by a doctor to guarantee health use and then by the technical departament to guarantee personal equipment, extinguishers, disposal, etc. These areas and the plant manager signs the document. If the substance is very harmful we search for other with less impact.4. The document is sent to the supervisor and is read with all the operators. 5. We inform to the Professional Risk Office about the materials and the management. If somebody is affected by a substance we must have a First Aid Kit with all of neccesary, including MSDS in spanish, only the MSDS used near. In short words we manage MSDS with all in our plant(we are ISO 9001accredited and ISO14001procuring to credit) . Saludos Carlos Clement
