Thank you for your interest in PNEAC and helping to protect the environment. In order to respond to your request, we need some additional information. When you ask the question about standards, do you mean rules and regulations or best management practices? What printing processes are you interested in and specifically what aspects of each process are you interested in? Your question is rather broad and besides the rules and regulations that printers have to comply with (which is not uniform across the country), there are no set of uniform best management practices either. Depending upon the resources of the printer and the equipment they are using, there are some pollution prevention techniques that we could suggest, but they are not "standards". For paper suppliers, I would contact the American Forest and Paper Association at http://www.afandpa.org/ as they would be in a better position to inform you about paper suppliers for your area.
