PNEAC has developed a Hazardous Waste
Manifest Training Video Module.
The training tool explains the new hazardous waste manifest system
and addresses what is needed to comply with the new rules. Since
generators, transporters and facilities need to begin using the new
forms in September 2006, the new tool is available now. The design
strategically combines audio and video to increase interest and learning,
giving the user complete control over navigation, while the Flash
video format meets low bandwidth requirements, such as dial-up.
